Well, I'd bracket most allies in with them, as the only ones who actually know what it is like to have "mass incomings" for a sustained period of time are Asc/App/Ultores (during last 20rds or so)..Everyone elses "gangbang" has only lasted a couple of days, but seeing as the defence aint as good in other allies, then you stop getting incomings as your roids have already been taken in that short time....
