war irc clients are bad. They invariably contain things such as channel takeover scripts, through flooding and port scanning onto more nasty things such as exploits in irc clients.
using one on netgamers against another person or channel is a surefire way to get g-lined, and in the UK is quite probably a breach of the computer misuse act.
