I went random and landed in a crap gal, exiled around for all my res at tick 80 and landed in a good asc gal on the last one I could afford.
IsilX already summoned it up gal wise, terrible terrible tactics to keep hitting our gal because great players just can't be kept down
We'd be 15 valuerank/32 roidrank and still get massive inc while some real fatties got left totally alone. Well you see the results of that in the final standings don't you..5/6 asc in gal still ended top100 and dunk only just missed out so gg wasting your time.
Had 8-10 waves on my emp-ass a few times during the round so I was forced to xp whore from early on to keep up. That's okay though, I normally attack big planets anyway so it wasn't a big change in play style, got some dists to make fakes possible and the results were.. better than you could ask for. Got more roids faking co as bs than with my actual bs fleet, people truely suck at covering fakes and that goes vs xan fakes also, so many breps this round were people had 7 mill value def and still got roided by pod only attacks...
I'd fake on any race really, etd was the easiest and I considered building lancers just for that purpose a few times. Only thing that wasn't roidable was fr xans, they were a huge pain to hit for our whole ally so we avoided xan planets for a large part of the round.
Scanned quite alot for extra xp and when the incoming stopped roids came in easily. Went up to 3k but for once a def fleet in gal noobed so I got roided 2nd last day on an attack that was already covered. Def wise I was sending stalwarts in ally but to be fair most my def fleets were sent in gal.
My value never really got going since I stopped building fc's after being sk'ed and spent most of the round below 1k roids, so xp was easier to get for me than most other asc's. Fairly pleased with the end ranking since I'd have done alot better in any other asc gal
