Well if you're making a certain strategy policy and making it equivocal on AD, the MHs don't have to tell you anything - they should be able just lock your accounts and delete you on the weight of the first post.
My view on institutional cheating (which is exactly what you have proposed) is that the people chiefly responsible or the HCs are the ones that take the hit. Effectively the MH should have a right to cripple an alliance before it even gets to that stage.

It's the move of a defeated alliance in the wake of an insurmountable lead beyond planets leaving/crashing. ND and Vision are napped, seem perfectly content and are on the record as being so. Vision won this round at least 200 ticks ago and were likely winners at around the tick 450 stage. The sole intent of the manoevre is to manipulate score rankings.
