Oh.

A little silly of Joorabchian to make such a clause. Did he, for a moment ever, think he'd be getting any money at all? If it's up to West Ham to sell, why on earth would they ever sell if all the money goes to Joor?

ps. and why on earth are West Ham waiting for an offer if they're never going to get any of it?
pps. oh, you're right. was. wham must have terminated all those deals, by now.
