7/8 will be the first of more speedrounds.. I can't attend 7/8 either, but i'm relaxing till final dates. Imho there needs to be at least 1 month time between announcement and the weekend. So that will be the end of february. Spinner is making changes, these changes need to be tested before implemented and active in a speedround. This cost also some time. I hope for 21/22 februari if PA-Team announce it before end of january.
