No Dachi is infamous around these parts
Re: Trapped - Icy Darkness

No Dachi began walking, drifting from side to side as though in shock, toward the bridge. Keeping up the pretense of being a bumbling fool was taking all of his acting talent. Looking ahead, he checked to see if the bridge had a number pad lock. And indeed it did, but, No Dachi noted with growing concern, it wasn't locked. The code was already entered and visible in the display strip above the number pad. No Dachi mashed the 'open' command button with his palm, and the door hissed open, vanishing into the top of the frame. The bridge was cramped, and spartan in terms of furnishing. The floor, walls and consoles were in their default gunmetal steel grey and had not been painted. The two chairs for the commander and operator barely had any cushioning on them at all. No Dachi shut the door behind him. First things first. The weapons locker...he closed his eyes and slumped back against the wall of the little room, trying to recall the design schematics of the C Class. A bolt of realisation hit him, and No Dachi stood up straight and turned around. He had been leaning against the wall next to the door. The door was thick and designed to withstand battering by escaped prisoners, and so the wall was thick as well. No Dachi entered a code on the keypad, a universal code known to all men of his former proffession. Out of hidden speakers, a female voice spoke.

"Universal Code Accepted."

No Dachi watched with satisfaction as a pannel inlaid into the wall that he had been leaning on hissed open, revaling the innards of the weapons locker. Weaponry gleamed. It wasn't anywhere near the technology that he'd had in the service, but it was still highly welcome. No Dachi reached in and, initially, pocketed a plasma pistol, keeping the handle of the weapon ready in case he was interrupted. The ex-soldier then produced a simple armoured vest and a riot helmet with a visor, which he kept raised. This done, he strapped several concussion grenades from the locker to the belt on the front of the vest, and then took a second plasma pistol complete with a holster, which he then promptly put on, and then produced a holster for the first plasma pistol. Finally, he took a plasma rifle and lent it against the control console in front of the commander's chair. At this, he nearly turned away, but on a whim took out a shotgun as well. Lastly, he took out several ammunition clips of varying kind and put them in pouches on the vest. Finally, No Dachi offed the lights on the bridge and activated the night vision mode of his cybernetic eye. This way, if anyone else came into the bridge, he'd be able to surprise them. No Dachi entered in the number code again and the weapons locker closed. He settled down into the command chair of the ship, and looked at the computer console more closely, checking to see if it was operational...
