I didn't find that at all in Jersey when I was there. They implemented the law on January 1st.

Maybe my nose had packed up after all the gimlets I consumed.

I suppose the body odour thing is an issue in packed nightclubs and things - pubs/bars shouldn't smell that badly of BO though, surely?
