all the dictionaries i can find say luv-lE*. And all I've ever heard from non-brits is lee. I'm loathe to say that any given pronunciation is 'wrong' because i feel it's all pretty arbitrary, but i do feel comfortable saying that pronunciations which are unsupported by dictionaries cannot accurately be called 'correct.'
