That unfortunately is true . They are called ned's (Chavs in England and Scavies somewhere else)
But still they are part and parcel of eny community now . And we just have to put up with the dam delinquents. I run the computer room in a club for young teenagers. and it is them i get in all the time. So i have learnt to deal with them
But enuf of me or this part of Scotland . We should get back on topic . But from what i have seen hear . That's a hard thing to do
