It's why I listen to radio 1. It's the only reason - to hear new songs by artists I like but might not otherwise hear about (especially since I no longer download music*).




*although am considering changing this on June 1st as I want to listen to bands/artists playing at Glastonbury so I have a better idea of who I want to listen to (and will know their songs rather than be listening to them for the first time)
