If it was against the rules he would be closed. If it was going to be changed then appoco would have said or eluded to it here already.
If Norse are stupid enough to attack for 20 roids at a time and feed benneh xp then it's them you should be crying too.
This tactic is also completely viable in alliance as well, and could even be more profitable as alliance on average have more consistent incs

Initiating roids to give them away to other planets has been a reason for closure in the past.
Why isnt it a closeable offense this time?
If it was say someone like CarDi who was doing what that gal is doing, and a bunch of his Apprime/LDK friends kept repeatively launch fleets that gave CarDi score and got roids in return, do you think he wouldve been able to remain open for 600 ticks?
Now im not saying that Benneh, or anyone have secretly been doing agreements behind closed doors to get more incommings, but its kind of dubious that if i wanted Benneh to win i could sign up a planet and send fleets to his gal?
Ive not been monitoring this gal that close, but ive noticed a few planets sending two digits amount of fleets at this gal. Not having all intel on these planets, or knowing what their past relationship to Benneh is, i can only wonder if there could be any connection.
Look at 4:1:4, he has sent like 20 fleets just the last 150 ticks, and prolly donating 800k score alone in this period.
If he is his friend, ex BP mate, allie mate, or what ever, he would surely be acting as a XP farm for benneh, wich opens up for all kind of abuse.
Im not saying anyone is guilty of doing this, but putting yourself in such a position HAS been a closeable offense in the past, and ive brought up one example allready where this happend.
As ive said Appoco master is changing the rules, or how they are practised.
If the only closeable arguments for closing a farm is actualy sending an ingame mail describing how you are gonna carry out your farming plan, then i wonder if 99% of the cases where people have been closed under the "farming rule" was wrong?
