The missing O you refer to is almost certainly Theta given there is no standard term which uses that letter and you already have degrees in your formula. The M you are trying to solve for should also probably be m for mass and not M for Moment of Force but to be honest who knows since you seem to have the writing accuracy of a 5 year old.
