These are the meals i usually cooked at uni:

Sweet and sour Chicken:

Fry chicken breast in oil, when cooked through add sweet and sour sauce, cook rice, eat.
Also works with pork.

Chicken curry

Fry chicken breast in oil, when cooked through add curry sauce, cook rice, eat.

Bolognese kind of thing

chop up onion and fry, add mince, wait until cooked stirring to make sure all of it cooks, add courgette/mushrooms/whatever you want, add chopped tomatoes or dolmio/other tomato sauce, cook pasta.
eat

I haven't become much more imaginative since getting into the real world. I hate spending a load of time in the kitchen if I'm just cooking for myself.
