Perhaps offer a PA world cup/Speed PA round, with a small entrance fee. 1st-5th place = a proportionate percentage of takings  (perhaps this could be a test for genuine PA, with its possibility for increased playerbase/income.) That is a bloody good idea
do special events like speedgame/tornament that require a small enterance fee... this could be an alternative to raising the main game prize
