Apparently the offer was made to a lot of other Premiership clubs and was turned down.
I'm a bit pissed off that this'll mean the gap between us and them will be closed dramatically (assuming they settle in) but it's going to be good seeing that kind of quality in the Prem and hopefully west ham will get ****ed over with this further down the line
