Evolution broke no nap pre expiration. A member launched at a planet, who he swears was not marked ingame as xvx. He finds out post land that the planet was xvx.

If that constitutes a nap break, then id be surprised if most naps in PA hadnt been broken in much the same way. If you wish to nit pick, im sure some people would call it a nap break. But imo, it was nothing but a get out clause for xvx.

But to my understanding a nap break is a concerted effort to break the terms of that nap. In my experience, if some nub launches at someone he shouldnt, this usually results in something along the lines of a nodef free land. That option wouldve been more than available to xvx im sure.
