I wanna propose making the Wyvern T1= FR T2 = DE and
making the Dragon T1 = CR
This would make Terran a bit less "meh" and give xan another hole defensively. DO remember that the BS fleet can still be stopped by Clippers*.

*Maybe CLippers would have to be T1=BS T2 = DE?
