Do you not think being able to lie well is a sign of charisma? Some of the most charismatic people in history have hardly been what we would consider good and honest but they are able to persuade people to follow them as they have charisma. Anyone can tell a lie, to be able to pull it off though you need to sell it and that takes charisma and Blair has pulled the lies hes told off and is only now are the masses starting to see through his charm
