No1: Sir, we have reports of Captain Bogg's ship continuing to aim at the weapons.
Cid: Good, if those sheilds truly do spread out, the sheilds would do down in one go and our final attack will be one, hard punch. My strategy stays as planned, have our remaining cruise missile ready to fire at those exausts once those sheilds are down and ready the particle cannon to knock one great wound in those sheilds, if they are not down already by that point.
No1:Sir, do you think we have dragged Captain Bogg into too much of this?

*Cid stood their and looked at the Fivolous Rainbow in the background, a little damaged and sheilds failing slowly.*

Cid: Do not worry, if our sheild drain does not take the notice of that ship then we will place ourselves in the WAY of his ship, but only after his particle cannon has fired. The more we draw fire away from the Rainbow, the better.
No1: Wouldn't that put us in a slightly more dangerous position that they are in?
Cid: I will take my chances, Kosaga. We must keep faith in our mission, otherwise it would be all for nothing. However, let our Ion Cannons target the bridge. If we can knock the sheilds down there and if our current plan fails, then we can just as easily knock the bridge out and take out their command.
