I believe the problem must be related to the MIND RAY MACHINES the big companies have, so all they have to do is point the MIND RAY MACHINE at a referee during a game and he'll automatically take into account the GDP/disposable income/rate of inflation/national debt of the particpating countries and make a decision based on that fact.

If all referees aren't wearin tinfoil hats for the quarters and semis I think we'll all have xtrasyn to thank, for making us aware of the global conspiracy and the existance of MIND RAY MACHINES that make dumb**** referees instant economic geniuses.
