You wade towards the island and almost step on a sting ray, who fortunately swims away before you get your foot impaled on the barb. When you get closer to the trees you can see that the waterfall, which is now only about 10 yards in, has a cave behind it. Just like on those Disney Jungle Cruise Tours, you could see the incredible...backside of water! There are a few coconuts lying on the ground. In addition, there are some footprints heading off to the right, down the beach, though the islands natural curviture prevents you from seeing anyone.
