Ah, but there you are wrong.
Apparently in Austria there are groves of acacia trees from which the bees gather the raw stuff for the making of honey. In America the varieties of honey tend to be mostly orange blossom, sage and wild. Each has a distinctive flavor as does the acacia variety. Of the four the Austrian acacia honey has the mellowest taste of all. Now that I have had it, it will be difficult to go back to other types of honey.
