Theres an old saying of "A swallow doesnt make a summer" and I think it applies here. This thread is titled "Biggest Positive Surprise" not "Which alliance pulled off a handful of good attacks" and the simple fact is Orbit this round did Worse than last round as a whole. They did as CBA said "well" this round but their positive surprise round was last round not this one

Unless ofc now this community has such a low level of expectation that all it takes to be a postive surprise is to pull off some good attacks on a single alliance, in which case we may as well put every alliance down on a list
