I was probably on about the regular rich greedy European/American really not giving a **** what happens beyond his own interests, as long as it results in more money for him.
ps. But it's dramatic how much interest it attracts when a white tourist gets nailed. It's a Finnish joke, so you probably won't get it, but let's try. How do you know there's a flood? Because you live in the third floor and the minister is knocking on your window on an attempt to get in. (If someone remembers how much drama the tsunami caused, oh mass destruction, oh white tourists in trouble, oh oh oh, McCann missing, oh oh. It'll be an interesting twist if they actually find either of the daddy-mommy-McCann quilty. It'll make a hugely intriguing situation for all those people who "supported" (ie. promised money etc) them in this search).
