OK, I can see everyone going to #multihunters and complaining before having it changed, so why not just have it that next time the person logs in it comes up with a message stating "Your planet/ruler name has been deemed unacceptable as per the rules <insert link here> please select a new one within the rules otherwise further action will be taken."
At this point force them to have to enter new details or a random one will be chosen (though would be funny if the random one was accidentally more offensive).
This wouldn't stop people going to #multihunters but they'd do it anyway so no loss there.
The part most people seem to be complaining about is the lack of a right of reply, whatever the MH say goes with no recourse. Yes this is not a democracy but the arbitrary renaming of some people but not others seems to be showing a distinct anti-Zebra theme.
This would be partially resolved by allowing the person to select their own alternative as suggested above.
As an aside, I still think PA should have the option of a random name generator on sign up.
