The character thread HAS been restarted... It just needs to be stickied so it won't disappear again
As for you Slick, I'm pretty sure I'd still toss you out of the OOC if it ever came back, just because of all the times you tried to come in (and survived no more then 10 posts) when you weren't an officer yet :P
