No, what's called for here is a more tactful response. Probably something in the order of planting 94 rocks of crack in his car and, preferably while he is on his way to court*, push a homeless guy out in front of him. 2 birds with 1 large caliber stone, that's the Republican way!

*Black guy arrested on way to jury duty is just cliché enough to receive the kind of press attention that will ensure a quick and successful lynching.
