We have one of those beside the building where I work. It's the smoking area.

I hope you realize that without insulation using the hot tub, sauna or steam room during the winter is completely out of the question.

Also I would not put an expensive television in it, because you will find that during a heavy rainstorm, it leaks. Don't want to short out the tv.

I hate to rain on your parade. The building looks nice in the photo, but I think you will find the reality is a bit short of your expectations.
