Yes they do.
A number of people have asked me this as if by some type of 'Communist trickery' or something this event (which is being held in the centre of London) will not cost anything to hold.
An argument could be made that they are charging too much for this event but that will have to wait until I get back and know what I've paid for. But at the end of the day there will always be a charge because of basic economic realities.
