Quick and easy...

Italian Sausage
French Roll
Your favorite tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese

Grill the sausage
Place the sausage in the roll
Smother with tomato sauce
top with grated cheese.

Wrap the whole thing in aluminum foil and stick into a preheated oven (350degrees)
until the cheese is melted.

(garnish with fresh sliced olives...green for a real zest!)

Enjoy!
