Change

If you really want to be a better human being and change the world you must first realize that all changes must begin with yourself. Only you can have the effect you are looking for. Often we spend alot of time and frustration on trying to get others to change while ignoring those things about ourselves that could be improved. It's not about being better than someone else but being the best we can become ourselves. I am sure most of you already knew this and I apologize if its been overdone.
