I cooked a frozen chicken with a RN frigate's radar once. It took about 5seconds.

So, yes, I guess everything's relative, but on a danger scale of one to a hundred, where sitting on top of a radiating AWACS dome is 100, I think a router's emissions come in at around "not much".

Then again, CB radio's are allowed to transmit up to 4Watts, so maybe there's something in it after all...
