and in this case it would be theft ( not to mention another raft of other laws broken in the process ) since the money isnt something that can be replaced simply out of thin air. its not infinitely reproducable by definition because every pound is tied to a real life physical item ( pound coin / notes )
Music, to use as an example - is infinitely reproducable since once you have the original you can make as many copies as you want and it wont affect the original in any way,shape or form. transferring money removes it from one place and puts it in another in the same way removing a cd from a store and putting it in your pocket does

if you are trying to use analogy - at least use one which stands up to scruitiny.
