And f-crew moams not because it wants to improve, but because it doesn't want to improve. If you don't want to lose members to bigger ally's then you should make a atmosphere where they can get the same kind of def and growth opportunities. Moaming is way easier then actually changing something YOURSELF!, no stop with the acting like f-crew is a god for the community. it isnt.
