Corned Beef Pie.
2 x tins of corned beef
3 x large potato
2 x pre rolled shortcrust pastry
Peel and chop potatos, boil until soft.
Cube the corned beef
Mash corned beef and potato together, adding a little butter, salt, pepper and worcester sauce.
line ovenproof dish with pasrty, fill with mixture, cover in pastry.
Pierce the top several times, whack it in the oven on around gas mark 5/6 until the pastry is golden brown - lovely
