And as for all this Arkansas vote this way, Maryland votes that way. By far the biggest group of voters is made of people who don't vote for anybody.

Personally, I see it more as damage limitation more than anything else. If the Democrats kill fewer people with their foreign policy then in the short-term that is a good thing.
