let's face it. ICT is practical in any way, shape or form. The world is slowly conforming to the standard that most people use or know how to use a PC. The The only people who don't, are no doubt people over a certain age who can't grasp the concept, or people who refuse to bow down to the technical mumbo jumbo they hear from their grandchildren (or both).
