I was not angry either. I was irritated at a long list of wars the United States was involved in vs. the short list for Norway. Then to add insult to injury, he added the standard line about Americans killing all the native Americans in North American. I have been over this all before on this forum and had people who were kind enough to point out that even though the English, French, Spanish and Portugese conquered North America, in the process killing a majority of the native inhabitants, since those peoples' descendents became Americans, then it was perfectly ok to lay the blame for their deaths on Americans.

I think Europeans have watched too many Hollywood westerns where Americans kill native Americans. It's the only answer I can come up with. They don't even bother to do any research. They already know that the Americans killed all the native Americans. Maybe it's in you fourth grade text books, but just about everyone believes it.
