Re: [Football] Summer Transfers
True. Who was it who tried to lure him into staying in Premiership, Lawrie Sanchez or wha? Anyways, I guess it's nice and warm in Spain, a good spot to watch Real Madrid games at. You get to travel a lot, hot Spanish chicks, good money.
All in all, this has to be the most interesting transfer summer for quite a while. Now that there's an arrest order for Joorabchian in Brazil (among with the refugee Big Boris Berezovsky), it'll definately be interesting to follow what happens in the Tevez-West Ham-Blades-United -case.
Any odds?
I'd say Joorabchian squirms off the charges, Hammers keep Tevez despite cringe and whinge, and the FA silently toss it under the carpet, with Sir Alex trying to sign Huntelaar instead.
