Negotiations are apparently still ongoing. Guardado himself has publicly stated that he has a personal agreement with PSV for a 5 year contract and according the Mexican clubs chairman it's pending on details (a percentage on whatever amount he gets sold for in a couple of years).

PSV could do with a good replacement for Philip Cocu to bring in that much wanted 4th consecutive championship and this guy looks like he might be a decent replacement. I'm hoping PSV get the deal done soon before all those nasty English clubs with their large sums of cash decide to make a bid.
