the current solution is crazy, every1 but u can see that. Half the universe benefits from it, the rest dont . either every1 should, or none at all. by continuing the game at that time, and recalling fleets is a bad combination.. either continue where it left off wihtout recall, or recall everything from 0300 gmt so hardly any1 will cry about it.
