Well, I have to disagree with you here tbh. All alliances wants to get more members to replenish their stock of members. To shout at ND for recruiting members is just plane and utter crap. If ROCK had an oppourtunity to recruit new members like ND did, im sure they would have jumped at the oppourtunity just as everyone else.
Infact that ND managed to get so many members from 1up should be held to credit their alliance instead of trying to mock them for recruiting.
