Yes there is more ways to play it, but thinking its possibole to win by NAPing for 1177 ticks sounds foolish too me. The last few rounds it seems to me trolling other alliances with no intention has been sone HCs main goal.
The way the new HCs that run certain alliances conduct their politics is disencourageing people from playing the game
