I've had entire conversations based around card names from collectable card games. That doesn't mean that this kind of behaviour should be encouraged, especially given the limitations of any such restriction of form must be associated with a high level of familiarity with the other persons in the conversation, because a high degree of subtlety must be employed.
This seems unlikely to be the case for a person such as yourself.
