Like junglemuffin said, it was originally designed in r2-3 for planetarion by another volounteer.
Even the r23 portal / skin had an image on it designed by probably the same person. The blueprint of a ship in the top right corner...
Nobody made a point about it then so i don't see why now it would be a problem
