Just to make one thing clear, I'm not advocating we move the official manual to PAWiki. I think the manual should be a
wiki of some kind.
PAWiki and the manual serve different purposes. While the official manual could be hosted at PAWiki (and many online games do serve their manual from a mediawiki), I don't believe that PA would be served by outsourcing it entirely.
