Seems a bit morally flawed when we're "quite happy" to allow the same people to have fleet names like "I ****ed your sister" every round for a warning, and for nothing to actually happen to them (no closing, no consequence, nothing at all!).

- When the Intent is there, the deliberate breaking of the rules and amusingly, something like that is actually aimed at a specfic player in our community (each fleet launch).
