Then I belive u missed the point of the scenario. Go back and see what it was in responce to in the first place. U claimed that because it was only Rock incomings that increased on xVx radar that they weren't flaking for anyone. And u said this to be bulletproof due to your logic. I decided to present a scenario that would explain how Rock could still be flaking for another alliance without said alliance attacking along.
Also it was after this increased incomings that xVx decided to target Rock.
