Venox claims there were none, he seems somewhat reasonable person. You do also, but all the sources of intel tells still quite different story. Avoidance, guiding people to hit some certain alliances and so on.
The incomings, that non hit the same gals indicated quite different story also.
You dont need official blocks to block :P
